Ligue 1 was the last victim of the new type of coronavirus (Kovic-19), which emerged in China and affected many sports organizations in the world.
While the country is struggling with the virus epidemic, French Sports Minister Roxana Maracineanu announced that Ligue 1 matches will be played without spectators or with the participation of up to a thousand spectators until April 15.
Roxana Maracineanu's statement is as follows: "It should be noted that there can be a maximum of 1,000 people in the stadium. Clubs will either decide to sell only 1000 tickets, either accept the condition of playing without spectators, or choose to postpone the fixture if possible."
