France president Emmanuel Macon has hinted he will try and keep Kylian Mbappe at Paris Saint-Germain.
Macron has played a role in Mbappe's career before, with the PSG forward revealing 12 months ago that the French president had convinced him to stay through conversations.
Mbappe has since come out and told PSG that he will not renew his contract, which expires in 2024.
Asked about Mbappe's future now, Macron told French press: "I don't have any news, but I will try to push [for Mbappe to stay].
