In the past weeks, there was a sexual assault case at a nightclub in Spain. One person had harassed a woman by putting her hands inside her pants. It was learned that the person who was sexually assaulted at the scene was Dani Alves, one of the legendary names of Brazil.
SAFETY EXPLANATION
The spokesperson of the police office in the region where the nightclub is located said in a statement on the subject; "We are investigating an alleged sexual assault at a nightclub in Barcelona, which is said to have occurred in the early hours of Saturday. Police have spoken to the woman who made the claim, but have yet to make a formal written complaint to the police station," he said.
DETENTION
Regarding this incident that took place on 30 December, Dani Alves went to the police station in the morning and gave a statement to the police. Continuing his career in Mexico's UNAM Pumas team, Alves said in his statement; “Yes, I was there and having fun. Those who know me know that I love to dance. I was dancing and having fun without invading other people's space.
I don't know who that woman is. I have not invaded anyone's space. No. For God's sake," he said. After his statement, Alves was sent to the court.
Dani Alves, 40, has been with model Joana Sanz since 2017.
