Push Gaming have done it again, Due to be released on mass June 2nd 2021, everyone’s favourite game is back and it’s groovier than ever! Head on over to the fruity dancefloor once again and rave to the rhythm with the coolest DJ around, DJ Gigajar!
Slot Description
Jammin’ Jars 2 is the highly anticipated sequel to the hugely popular original Jammin Jars. It features the same 8×8 board with the same mechanics but with a slight twist and some new features thrown in for good measure.
During the base game the idea is to land 3 of the Wild Jars to start the feature as usual but now we also have collectable gold vinyls that can land on any spin.
Think of the bee’s in Wild Swarm as it’s pretty much a direct port from that slot with another twist, each level increases your RTP by 0.10 % from 96.10% on level 1 all the way to 96.40% on level 4 and an extra 0.20% at MAX level which is 96.60% RTP.
I also noticed you could collect the vinyl records on the minimum stake of 20p and then change it to as high as £100 a spin and the level stays which means the increased RTP does too, something to note down!
What are the odds of the 1000x tile landing you ask? Well I’m about 500 test spins in for this review and it just landed on 20p stake as shown below.
Then to top it off a 3rd Jar landed at the top right awarding the 6 Free Spins, of course I’m expecting nothing as the trigger alone is 1,006x!
Moving onto the free spins, dance your way in with 3 or more wild jars like the original and after every winning combination that uses a wild, the multiplier for that jar will increase!
You can land an additional jar to make a maximum of 4 at any one time and the max observed win to date is 50,000x stake!
The Fruit Blast Feature shown below can be randomly triggered at any time, watch out as a groovy looking graphic equaliser will cover the reels and the Gigajar will fire out 1 to 3 shots of giant fruits that burst to reveal the same fruit and potentially huge clusters. I also had this feature 3 times in 1 spin so the volatility is insane!
Now we get onto the exciting main event, the super feature, the one you’ve all been waiting for, the Giga Jar! Unfortunately I didn’t get to trigger this myself as the game timed out a couple of times at Levels 2 and 3, however I have watched an example and it reminds me of a mixture of a Garga feature in Reactoonz with a splash of Fat Rabbit!
When the Gigajar is on Maximum it may trigger with any Golden Vinyl added after Maximum, exactly like Wild Swarm with a full hive. When this happens the board will be cleared of all symbols and 3 or 4 Wild Jars will be fired onto the reels, but that’s not all!
Next the mighty Gigajar lands as a 2×2, a 3×3 or even a 4×4 instant prize block and the 8 Giga Spins commence! All instant prizes that land will stay on the reels throughout the feature.

The paytable in Jammin’ Jars 2 is dynamic and changes with your stake which I have set on £1 for simplicity.As you can see the lowest full cluster pays 100x stake for the Blueberries. The Grapes pay 125x, the Pink Peach slightly more at 150x, the Green Watermelon 200x, the Pineapples a whopping 600x and finally the top symbol of the Red Berries paying a staggering 1000x for a full cluster.

Final Thoughts On Jammin’ Jars 2
Jammin’ Jars 2 has a combined RTP of 96.40% as we explored earlier and the volatility is safely in the super high category with a maximum observed win of 50,000x stake. The graphics are polished and the game is easy to follow and understand compared to say Reactoonz 2.Comparing it to the original I’d say the sounds are more refined and that annoying sound on press of the spin button has been removed! The random feature is nicely integrated and overall I had lots of play time with plenty of base game wins ranging right up to the 1000x tile I got with a feature trigger.
Will I play this again, of course I will, purely to unlock the Gigajar!
