Big Bass Bonanza is a 5 reel by 3 row slot with 10 fixed pay lines, the aim of the game is to land 3 or more scatters to open the free spin feature round which is very similar to Fishing Frenzy but with a neat way to re-trigger the spins and add a multiplier of up to 10x!
Once the free spin round is awarded you start with 10 free spins and every fisherman wild symbol that lands will collect the fish values as shown below. The fishermen are then collected at the top of the screen and for every 4th wild symbol you re-trigger another 10 spins and the multiplier increases.
Should the fisherman land with no fish at all a random dynamite feature can activate where up to 3 symbols are turned into fish and the values are collected.

Big Bass Bonanza has a fixed RTP of 96.60% and Pragmatic Play list it as high volatility with 4 lightning bolts out of 5, I would agree the game is high variance but still manages to give plenty of features to keep you entertained.The max payout is capped at 2,100x which won’t be to everyones taste and should you reach this amount the feature will finish and any remaining spins will be forfeited which is a bit of a downer but in reality I think we would all take 2,100x our stake in a bonus with no complaints!
To round the review up it was fun to play, the features were mostly exciting and the fisherman seemed to show up a lot more than Frankie in Fishing Frenzy. The graphics and sounds were also very clear and crisp, overall I’m excited to see what Pragmatic have lined up for 2021 with Reel Kingdom, it seems an interesting partnership so far.
