Secret of Dead is a 6-reel, 3-row video slot game with 10 paylines. The Ankh Scatter symbol acts as a Wild, and substitutes for all other symbols. 3 or more Scatter symbols trigger Free Spins. The number of Free Spins awarded is based on the number of Scatters landed: 3 Scatters award 8 Free Spins. 4 Scatters award 10 Free Spins. 5 Scatters award 12 Free Spins. 6 Scatters award 15 Free Spins.

During Free Spins, 3 or more Scatter symbols re-trigger Free Spins. 5 additional Free Spins are awarded and an additional special Expanding Symbol is added. 1 regular symbol (except SCATTER) is chosen at random to become a special Expanding Symbol in FREE SPINS. Final Thoughts On Secret Of Dead​

Secret of Dead has an RTP of 96.20% and Play’n Go rate the volatility as an 8 out of 10 which is High, from my test play I’d say it felt as volatile as most book based games and I’m sure it can swing between totally dead and feature frenzy on different sessions.

The bonus is essentially a clone of Book of Ra Magic with the extra symbols being added with each re-trigger so it’s not a new mechanic from a players POV it’s just another sequel to add to the many others, however from a paying perspective it works well with a generous paytable. My first bonus paid over 140x stake with no re-triggers and just an Ace symbol so I can imagine the potential with some Premium symbols and a few re-triggers!
