Overview Of Wild Flower

Big Time Gaming have released a new game and it boasts of being a blended mixture of the favourite games to date, so I’m expecting some Danger High Voltage, a bit of Lil’ Devil and maybe a splash of Final Countdown but not too much! Let’s take a closer look…

Slot Description

Wild Flower is the latest addition to Big Time Gamings library and features a soundtrack by British rock band The Cult. The game initially reminds me of Lil’ Devil with the 6 reel layout and 4,096 ways to win. The background reminds me of the old low variance Wild North slot that we all loved to hate, luckily I know this is super high variance, higher than Danger High Voltage and that is surely enough to satisfy even the most hardened slot player.

During the base game in Wild Flower the idea is to land at least 3 scatters, there is however a special scatter that only lands on reel 6 and awards the enhanced versions of each feature!

Starting with the left side first we have the “The Most Beautiful Thing” Free Spins where you start with 7 spins and are awarded a special symbol to stay wild similar to the “Gates Of Hell” feature in Danger High Voltage.

4 Sticky wilds on the same reel awards a re-trigger of 3 extra spins. I landed 1!

As you can see above my first attempt returned a paltry 14x my stake so I thought I would play on for a go on the “Hearts Beat Faster” bonus. This returned 38x which still wasn’t very good but after seeing the bonus and how the mechanics work you quickly realise the huge potential. The ladder can land on any of the middle 4 reels and can climb to a x80 multiplier which is already more than the x66 in DHV!

Speaking of huge potential, the bonuses we are playing for are the enhanced ones. To keep it simple the enhanced version of “The Most Beautiful Thing” feature is the fact the sticky wilds can increase in multiplier if another wild lands behind an existing stuck wild. This can increase to x3 per wild and of course they multiply each other.

The enhanced version of the “Heart Beats Faster” bonus is the one that caught my attention immediately. The ladder has now jumped from an impressive x80 maximum to an incredible x800 multiplier!

I haven’t been lucky enough to land an enhanced feature during my test play but it’s certainly enough to make me carry on after the review just to see that x800 potential!

Wild Flower Paytable

The paytable in Wild Flower is shown in multiples of your stake, we start with the 9’s and 10’s paying 0.5x for a full way, the J’s and Q’s pay 0.8x and the K’s and A’s pay slightly more at 1.2x per full way.

Now moving on to the premium symbols we have the Green Pentagram paying 1.5x, the Blue Bear Paw paying 2.5x, Red Riding Hood pays 5x and as always the Purple symbol is the top and this time its a Wolf and pays 10x for a full way. Just 1 way with the 800x multiplier would be an 8000x win!

Final Thoughts On Wild Flower

Wild Flower has an RTP of 96.52% to 96.59% depending on bonus chosen and the volatility is listed as super high variance which it certainly is. The maximum documented wins are apparently 46,100x stake in the base game and a humungous 114,000x is claimed to be possible in just a single spin in the enhanced feature!

The graphics and sounds are typical BTG and it’s nice to see they have reverted to Megaways after the slightly disappointing Megapays and Megaquads, the Megaclusters not so much.
